WHAT TO EXPECT

Before you get involved

In order to sign up as a member, you must complete the application form at the reception. You will not receive any calls or emails from us.

You will be required to produce ID upon your first visit. Acceptable forms of ID are Passport or Drivers License

Upon arrival

Once the formalities are out of the way you will receive a guided tour around the premises by one of the members of Staff.

Our staff can and will advise you of rules as you go around. You will be issued with a locker key as well as a towel should you wish to use any of the facilities.

During your stay

We have a large social area where there are numerous seated areas and sofas for you to socialise throughout your stay.

We discourage play in the social area on the whole.

We do not allow phones anywhere in our venue, all phones must be locked away in your personal locker at all times during your visit. This is to protect your privacy and anyone breaking this rule, will be banned for life.

Drinks are to remain in the bar area. You are not allowed drinks in any of the playrooms (Bottled water is permitted)

If you are entering/using any of the playrooms we ask that you wear a towel and slippers or flip-flops. We will provide these but for comfort we advise bringing your own.

Condoms are provided in the rooms and we ask that you dispose of them after play in the bins provided in the room.

There is also ample blue roll and disinfectant spray to clean up any messes. **Please leave the room the way in which you would like to find it**

If a room is not how you would expect it then please speak to a member of staff.

There are a number of open playrooms, if you choose to engage in play within an open space please be mindful and do not assume because it is an open area that you have a right to participate.

Those involved in the scene can at any time ask you to leave whether that be from participating or watching if they feel uncomfortable.

NO MEANS NO – irrespective of who says it. We will deal with those who cannot confirm operating a 3 strikes ruling.

Your Membership Card

Upon arrival, you will be issued with a card that has your unique membership number on it. This will remain your number throughout.

Your card will be kept at reception during the duration of your stay and upon return of your locker key, your card will be given to you.

You must remember your card each visit.

If you lose, deface or damage your card, you will have to pay for a replacement – of which there is a cost of £5.
